Taylor ham is the common name for pork roll, a food developed by John Taylor of
Trenton, New Jersey, late in the 19th century. It's sliced and grilled, like Canadian bacon. A slice fits neatly on a round roll, and is served on our breakfast sandwich with egg and cheese.
** In the month of November 2012, Roc City Diner donated 25% of the proceeds of every purchase of NJ Taylor Ham Specials to the Hurricane Sandy Relief Fund. Our hearts go out to our family & friends in
New York City & New Jersey who have been impacted by the tragidy Hurricane Sandy.
